The writ appeal was dismissed mainly on the ground that the interview for selection was conducted on 02.09.2011 and the writ petition was filed in November, 2013, after a lapse of two years. This being the reason for rejection of the writ appeal, the grounds now raised in the present review application cannot be considered. Consequently, this Review Application stands dismissed.
