The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: " (i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to give the license of fair price shop in Village Panchayat Amroopur, Vikas Khand Pratappur Kamaicha, Tehsil lambhua, District- Sultanpur to petitioner in place of her deceased husband on compassionate ground in accordance with law. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to consider the pending proposal of the petitioner in view of application of the petitioner dated 06.06.2025, contained in Annexure No.3 to the writ petition, and giving her license for fair price shop on compassionate ground in place of her deceased husband." 3. Considering the fact that the application of the petitioner is pending, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with the provisions contained in Government Order dated 05.08.2019.
