Tower, 615 against the demand notice issued by the Additional Collector-First, officer in charge (Revenue) Collectorate, Jaipur vide its order dated 14.11.2017 and order dated 14.02.2018 whereby representation filed by the petitioner has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of this petition, the company has gone into liquidation and a liquidator has been appointed.
