CORAM: HON’BLE MR JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE O R D E R 09.12.2025 After brief submissions, Mr. Mudasir Bin Hassan, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has filed a representation before respondent No.1 for the reduction of internship period from two years to one year, after having completed one year compulsory internship and for grant of final registration certificate, but respondent No.1 has not accorded any consideration to the same till date. He has submitted that it shall be suffice if respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to decide representation of the petitioner, as per law, to which Mr. Waseem Gul, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. Statements of learned counsels for the parties are taken on record. In view of statements made by learned counsels for the parties, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents, in particular respondents No. 1 and 2, to accord consideration to the representation preferred by the petitioner for reduction of internship period and grant of final registration certificate strictly as per law and after affording a reasonable opportunity of being heard within a period of three weeks’ from the date a copy of this order along with copy of petition and annexures are made available.
