His grievance is that on account of adverse family circumstances as also the ailment suffered by him, he has preferred a representation on 04.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) to the Competent Authority detailing his adverse family situation being faced by him and praying for transfer on that count, however, the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct -2- Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of three weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
