Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a brick road is being constructed on gata no. 1427 etc, but not on gata no. 1440 of which the petitioner claims to be the Bhumidhar. 2. In view of the above, the petitioner should get boundaries of his gata demarcated under Section 24 of the U.P Revenue Code, 2006 and based on its results, if it is found that the brick road has been constructed on the Bhumidari land of the petitioner, then remedial measures will have to be taken by the official opposite party, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue remedies prescribed in law. 3.
