Present petition has been filed with following main prayers:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 09-06- 2025 lodged at Case Crime No./F.I.R. No. 0167 of 2025, under section-80 (2), 85 B.N.S. and ¾ D.P. Act, 3, Police Station- Rupaideeha, District-Bahraich, as contained in Annexure No. 1 & 2 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioner on the pretext of impugned First Information Report dated 09-06-2025 lodged at Case Crime No./F.I.R. No. 0167 of 2025, under section-80 (2), 85 B.N.S. and ¾ D.P. Act, 3, Police Station- Rupaideeha, District-Bahraich, as contained in Annexure no. 1 and 2 to this writ petition " 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
