He also prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously. 3.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the issued raised herein before the trial Court.
