Learned counsel for the respondents further submitted that they would consider the claim of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order. In view of the aforesaid submissions and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider petitioner’s claim within a specified time frame. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner’s claim strictly in accordance with law/rules and pass a reasoned order within a period of two months from today.
