The personal appearance of petitioner-accused is required at the time of recording of his statement. Therefore, this Court vide order dated 30.06.2025, has ordered that the learned Trial court shall not insist upon personal presence of the respondent-accused until the evidence of the complainant is complete. Therefore, petitioner seeking transfer is no more available. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. However, on completion of the evidence, the petitioner shall present himself before the Trial court.
