Shri Mithila Bakhsh Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellants-applicants fairly submits that the appellants- applicants have an alternative remedy of moving a discharge application before the trial court. He further submits that the appellants-applicants have been falsely implicated as they had highlighted the acts of the corruption of the informant's husband during her tenure as gram pradhan. Interest of justice will be served by directing the appellants-applicants to file discharge application and appear through their counsel. Considering the aforesaid facts and records of the case, the appellants-applicants are granted leave to move discharge application before the competent court.
