Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 20(b)(ii) c/25/28/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga. 3. On 22.06.2024, Senha Police on the basis of confidential information, raided the house of one Taufik Ansari. On search, 144.350 kgs. of cannabis were recovered from the vehicle parked there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of the co-accused. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga in connection with Senha P.S.
