The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 02.09.2023, whereby the injunction application was rejected as well as the order dated 06.02.2025, whereby the revision preferred was also dismissed. 3. Perusal of the order reveals that the petitioner had filed a suit, based upon Yaddastnama, wherein it was stated that the certain amounts were paid to the owner, who had written that document in his favour. The said Yaddastnama is not registered. Subsequently, it is informed that the owner had executed a Will and had also sold of his properties. 4. Both the Courts have recorded that no documents were shown showing the possession by the petitioner. 5. In view thereof, no fault can be found with the two impugned orders warranting interference. 6.
