By means of the instant application filed under Section 528 BNSS , the applicants have sought quashing of the charge sheet dated 06.10.2024 arising out of Case Crime No.328 of 2024 under Sections 105, 351(2) BNS, Police Station Karnailganj, District Gonda as well as summoning order dated 23.01.2025 along with the proceedings of Case No.4747 of 2025 which is pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda. 3. After advancing the submission at some length, the learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press the instant application and he will move an application seeking discharge of the applicants before the trial court. 4.
