Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Sections 319 (2), 318 (4), 308 (5), 336 (3), 336 (4), 340 (2), 341 (1), 341 (2), 342 (2), 3 (5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. The allegation against these petitioners is that they were in Bolero vehicle, putting boards of the Police and are extorting money from several persons. When they were intercepted, they fled leaving the vehicle. From the vehicle, it is stated that driving license, 18 – 20 pieces of Debit / Credit cards, bullet (Charra) of air gun and registration number plates of two vehicles as well as Wocky - Tocky etc. were recovered. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners as it is necessary that investigation be conducted in the present of the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application of the petitioners is dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Aditi
