ORDER The petitioner herein seeks a direction to second respondent to consider his representation, dated 27.06.2025, and to transfer the patta in his name in respect of the land situated in survey No.554/13 with an extent of 16 cents out of 23 ares, at Themmavur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, on the basis of the registered sale deed in Doc.No.163/1974, dated 11.03.1974. 2. According to the petitioner, he purchased 16 cents of land out of 23 ares under a registered sale deed, dated 11.03.1974. However, patta was issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.3230, for an extent of 5.50 ares, equivalent to 13 cents alone. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an instant representation, dated 27.06.2025, before the first respondent, seeking survey of the property with reference to four boundaries and issuance of patta for entire extent of 16 cents. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be dealt with in accordance with law. 4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.06.2025, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner, neighbouring land owners, and other interested parties. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
