Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order dated 12.05.2022, passed by the writ court in Criminal Misc Writ Petition No. 2608 of 2022 has been complied with and now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt application, so the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 5. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
