By means of the instant application filed under Section 528 BNSS , the applicant has sought quashing of the chargesheet dated 11.02.2025 arising out of Case Crime No.148 of 2024 under Sections 75(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 85 BNS and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibiton Act, Police Station Hasanganj, District Lucknow Central (Commissionerate Lucknow) as well as summoning order dated 05.06.2025 along with the proceedings of aforesaid case. 3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the instant application and he seeks permission to file a fresh petition with the modified array of parties. 4.
