At the very outset, learned submits that in pursuance to the aforesaid order dated 11.01.2024 (Annexure P-2), speaking order dated 05.03.2024 (Annexure R been passed upon the legal notice dated served by the petitioner. Thus, it is submi 11.01.2024 (Annexure P-2) stands duly complied with and nothing survives in the present petition.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same stands
