This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner, namely, Bani Kanta Medhi apprehending arrest in connection with CID P.S. Case No. 04/2025 registered u/s 61(2)/318(4)/336(3)/340(2) of BNS, Page No.# 2/2 2023. 3. The gist of allegation in the ejahar is alleged forgery of the signature of Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department and circulation of fake letters to various Sub-Divisions of the Department and collection of money with false assurance of giving jobs in the department. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petitioner is stated to be not named in the FIR and he was granted interim pre-arrest bail on 26.06.2025 pursuant to which he stated to have appeared before the IO and his statement also recorded. 5. Case diary as called for is received. 6. Learned Additional submits that there has been sufficient progress in the investigation but the material so far recorded has not implicated the present petitioner. From the statement of the petitioner, it is revealed that due to inducement of the main accused person, he has paid some money for getting a job for his close relative. 7. In the given facts and circumstances, the interim bail granted on 26.06.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition:- (a) He shall be available for the trial; (b) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 8.
