The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 40/2025 arising out of Hanwara P.S. Case No. 46/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 842/2024, for the offence registered under sections 85, 103(1), and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-IV, Godda. 3. Bail application of petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 11015/2024 by order dated 07.01.2025. 4. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 5. It was submitted that there was no mark of violence on the person of deceased apart from ligature mark. It was further submitted that the deceased committed suicide as petitioner frequently used to quarrel with her. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
