Supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State, Sri Prashant Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and perused the record. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 04.06.2025 passed by the DRT in S.A. No. 736 of 2024. 4. The counsel for the petitioners states that he has filed an application for review as well as an urgency application before the DRT concerned seeking a review of the order impugned in the present petition. 5. Considering the said submission, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the DRT to decide the review application as well as the urgency application expeditiously preferably a period of two weeks from today.
