Learned counsel for the Nagar Palika Parishad, Sitapur says that some assistance was given to the petitioner under the Pradhan Mantri Street Vendor's Atmanirbhar Nidhi (PM Swanidhi) Scheme. However, the petitioner has put up an iron structure on the Sitapur- Shajahanpur Highway, therefore, he has been orally asked to remove the same. Let the Nagar Palika get an on the spot inspection conducted to ascertain the correct factual position and put the petitioner to notice giving him a week's time for removing the encroachment, if any, whereupon the petitioner shall respond within next three days and if the response is not satisfactory then the encroachment shall be removed. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
