The petitioners allege interference in possession of Gata Nos. 199 and 200 by the opposite parties, however, the Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Sriniwas Bajpai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Opposite Party Nos.6 and 7 i.e. Nagar Palika conderned say that Gata No.199 is Banjar land though the Gata No.200 is Bhumidhari land and in the garb of the said land the petitioners are encroaching upon the Banjar land. In view of the above, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the petitioners to get the boundaries of their gata bearing no.200 demarcated under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and thereafter based for its result, if they find that there is any interference on the said land on which they are co- sharers alongwith others, they can initiate appropriate proceedings as per law.
