In spite of the pleadings being complete in the opposition, he submits that the opposition has not been disposed of till date. 3. The opponent before the Registrar of Trademarks is the 2nd respondent herein. Learned counsel submits that he has no objection to the expeditious disposal of proceedings. 4.
