Serial No. 47 Regular HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR CM(4783/2025) IN CR 38/2025 C/DELAY CM(4784/2025) Abdul Majeed Bhat and Ors. …Petitioner(s) Through: Mr. Mohammad Ashraf, Adv. VERSUS Mst. Jana. …Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Azam Khan, Adv. CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE. ORDER 03.11.2025 Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the learned Trial Court has decided the main suit out of which the present proceedings arise and a decree has been passed against the petitioners/defendants. This position has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. He has however, submitted that the petitioners/defendants have already filed an appeal against the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court. In view of the above, the instant proceedings have been rendered infructuous and the same was disposed of, accordingly. Disposal of this petition would not come in the way of petitioners to urge the grounds projected in the revision petition as grounds in challenging the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court.
