The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- (a) for quashing of (Misc. case No. 07/2025) 966(4) / Ranchi dated 08.05.2025 (Annexure-1), whereby and whereunder the Respondent no.3 has directed to transfer the case record before him and - 1 - W.P.C No.3026 of 2025 2025:JHHC:20855 to stay the order dated 25.04.2025 passed in Election Case No.01/2025 by Joint Registrar, Co- operative Society South Chotanagpur Division, Ranchi (Respondent no.4). (b) For Mandamus directing the respondent No. 4 to proceed with hearing of the Election Case No. 01/2025 on merit without any influence of the impugned direction contain in Memo No.(Misc. Case No. 07/2025) 966 (4) Ranchi dated 08.05.2025 (Annexure-1). (c) For declaration of Misc. Case No. 07/2025 as null and void, as these petitioners have not filed any application under section 48(3) of the Societies Registration Act, 1935, as such, the proceeding under said case is illegal and non-est in law. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to pursue the case before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Jharkhand. 3. It has been prayed that the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Jharkhand may be directed for expeditious disposal of the proceeding. 4. Since it is an election matter, it is expected that the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, will decide the issue as expeditiously as possible, after giving due opportunity to the contesting parties. 5.
