The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "(i) Issue a writ; orders as direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to accept the new fresh Bank Guarantee in the light of MOM dated 28.08.2024, by the petitioners private Industrial Training Institute in the interest of the justice. (ii) Issue a writ; orders as direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no-2 to consider and decide the representation 22.10.2024 as early as possible in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached the respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
