The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Party No. 2 to 3 to remove/demolish the illegal encroachment and constructions from the land in illegal possession of Opposite Party No. 4 to 10, over Land Gata No. 385, Area waw 0.2180 hect., recorded as soil removal site (Miiti Nikalne Ka Sthan), Land Gata No. 460, Area 0.0120 hect, recorded as Rasta, and Land Gata No. 463, Area 0.0650 hect., recorded as Abadi land, and Land Gata No. 312, Area 0.2270 hect., recorded as Naveen Parti, in the revenue records, situated in Village- Maharauli, Maksrihva, Tehsil- Bhinga, District- Shrawasti." 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code has already been initiated. 4. In view of above, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to conclude the proceedings in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
