The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "A. a writ, an order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents no.02 to 05 to remove the encroachment from Gata No. 23 recorded as Nali in the revenue record and Gata No. 24 recorded as Chakmarg in the revenue record and Gata No. 38 recorded as Chakmarg in the revenue record situated at Sabha Pipari Muhamdi (Dullapur). Pargana & Tehsil- Tanda, District- Ambedkar Nagar, which is encroached by the respondent no. 07 & 08 in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the encroachment have already been removed. 4. The instructions are taken on record. 5. In view of above, nothing survives in the petition. 6. The petition stands disposed off.
