By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- (i)
“That an appropriate writ, order or directions may kindly be issued and the respondents, particularly respondent No.2 to associate the petitioner with respect to adjudication of the show cause notice dated 06.02.2024, which culminated into withdrawal order dated 31.07.2024 with respect to running of B.Ed course, but after remanded Annexure P-2 dated 12.03.2025, matter is now pending before respondent No.2. (ii) That an appropriate writ, order or directions may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed that after associating the petitioner with respect to withdrawal of B.Ed course being run by respondent No.4 the said issue may be decided in a time bound manner.”

Having heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that no mandamus as is being prayed for can be granted in favour of the petitioner.

At this stage, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Authority concerned.

Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, so also pending miscellaneous applications, if any.
