Direct the opposite party no. 1 to decide the Regular Suit No. 1152 of 2017 "Smt. Shivraji Vs. Mandakini and others" within a stipulated period." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2017, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party. 4.
