Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Commissionerate Gautam Buddha Nagar to Commissionerate Agra. Further prayer has been made for a direction to concerned authority to correct to home district of petitioner as Muzaffarnagar in place of Baghpat in the impugned transfer order dated 15.06.2025. 3. For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 02.07.2025. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 4. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party No.2 i.e. Deputy Inspector General of Police (Establishment), D.G.P. Headquarter, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide representation dated 02.07.2025 within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation date 02.07.2025 alongwith certified copy of this order. 5. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
