Heard. 3. The petitioners had applied for issuance of character certificate online. 4. The petitioner's counsel says that there was one criminal case against the petitioner in which chargesheet has been filed but till date no decision has been taken by the court below. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has instructions that the police has not recommended issuance of character certificate to the petitioner by the District Magistrate, Lucknow. There is only one criminal case bearing Case Crime No.47/2021, under Sections-427, 304A, 338, 279 I.P.C. at Police Station- Cantt. District- Lucknow, however, no decision has been taken by the District Magistrate, Lucknow as yet rejecting the application. 6. Let the District Magistrate, District-Lucknow consider the matter keeping in mind our recent judgment dated 28.05.2025 passed in a bunch of writ petitions, wherein leading writ petition is Writ C No.718 of 2025 'Anil Kumar vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others' as the case at hand is squarely covered by the said judgment. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 28.05.2025, meaning thereby, the petitioner shall be entitled to the benefit of the observations/directions contained therein with a corresponding obligation upon the concerned opposite parties.
