The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following main prayers" "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to pay the financial assistance /compensation amount under the provision of the scheme of Uttar Pradesh Rani Laxmi Bai Mahila Samman Kosh Niyamavali 2015 to the petitioner who is victim of Rape and she is also pregnant minor lady in the above noted case crime no. 042/2025 P.S Talgaon District Sitapur in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to take appropriate action and decision on the application dated 16.05.2025, sent through the registered post by the petitioner under the Govt, scheme Uttar Pradesh Rani Laxmi Bai Mahila Samman Kosh Niyamavali 2015, contained as Annexure No.4 to this writ petition." Let the District Magistrate, Sitapur, who heads the Steering Committee for paying compensation under the U.P. Rani Laxmi Bai Mahila Samman Kosh Niyamavali 2015, take a decision on the application of the petitioner dated 16.05.2025 after getting the facts verified, but with expedition, say within two months and communicate the decision to the petitioner. If found eligible, the due amount shall be paid into her account after completion of the formalities within the same period. With the above observations directions this writ petition is disposed of.
