Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, learned counsel appearing for Union of India, although raised objection that petitioner should approach the Central Administrative Tribunal by filing an Original Application, he, however, concedes that the issue dealt by this Court in WPSS No. 1877 of 2025 is identical to the one involved in this writ petition. 5. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is decided in terms of judgment dated 11.11.2025 passed in WPSS No. 1877 of 2025. If petitioner makes representation to the Competent Authority within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within six months from the date of presentation of such representation along with certified copy of this order.
