ORDER The above petition has been filed to withdraw the entire deposited amount along with the proportionate accrued interest and costs, deposited by the 2nd respondent herein/Appellant to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.210 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/III Additional Sub Court, Tiruchurappalli.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/claimant.
3. From the records, it is seen that the second respondent/Insurance disputed only the amount of Rs.3,86,100/-, which was awarded by the Tribunal for the functional disability.
4. Considering the petitioner/claimant herein has sustained injuries and also taken treatment in the hospital, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. 5.Accordingly, the petitioner/claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.4 lakhs (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) with accrued interest that came to be deposited by the second respondent/appellant before the Tribunal on filing 2/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
