Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15th June, 2025 whereby petitioner working on the post of Accountant has been transferred from district Lucknow to district Banda. Learned State Counsel at the very outset submits that he has been provided written instructions dated 9th July, 2025, copy of which is taken on record and as per which petitioner's representation being transfer has been rejected by means of order dated 9th July, 2025. In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition in order to file afresh. In view of aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to file a fresh petition.
