[1] Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.05.2025 lodged by opposite party no. 4 as F.I.R. No. 0116/2025, Under Section-340 (2), 336 (3), 338, 318 (4) & 61 (2) of B.N.S. Act, 2023, pertaining to Police Station-Maharajganj, District-Ayodhya, so far as it relates to the present petitioner, contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition ' [II] Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report dated 28.05.2025 lodged by opposite party no. 4 as F.I.R. No. 0116/2025, Under Section-340 (2), 336 (3), 338, 318 (4) & 61 (2) of B.N.S. Act, 2023, pertaining to Police Station-Maharajganj, District-Ayodhya, Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition. contained in Annexure 1 to the writ petition." 3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions dated 08.07.2025, sent by Investigating Officer, Police Station Maharajganj, District Ayodhya states that certain Sections have been added after investigation. Instructions, so filed, are kept on record. 4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
