O R D E R 24.12.2025 1) Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for a while seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition as he intends to challenge the judgment and decree dated 21.10.2024 by way of regular appeal. 2) Dismissed as withdrawn. 3) At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that in view of ensuing vacations, the petitioner may be given a reprieve for a period of two months so as to enable him to file an appeal against the impugned judgment and decree. While accepting the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is provided that for a period of two months from today, the learned trial court CM(M) No.583/2025 shall not issue any coercive process against the petitioner/defendant in the execution proceedings pending against him so as to enable him to file an appeal against judgment and decree dated 21-10-2024.
