In view of the averments made in the application, 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:33755 the same is allowed. Delay of 305 days in filing the Review Petition is condoned. 3. Having heard learned Senior Counsel for the applicant/Review petitioner and having perused the judgment passed by this Court, this Court is of the considered view that there is no error apparent in the judgment and in case, the applicant was aggrieved by the judgment then the applicant could have had assailed the same in accordance with law. Even the grounds of review do not suggest any error apparent and they tantamount to assailing the judgment on merit. 4. Accordingly, as this Court finds no error apparent on the face of the record, the Review Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
