The Court made the following Common Order:
The petitioner had filed these writ petitions challenging the common award dated 14.02.2011 in I.D.Nos.146, 147 and 135 of 2007 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapur, whereby the learned Tribunal directed the corporation to reinstate the petitioners therein into service with continuity of service, attendant benefits and further directed to pay full salary on par with the regular employee after their reinstatement.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that in pursuance of Section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued G.O.Rt.No.570, dated 29.03.2011.

The learned counsel further submits that, in similar circumstances in W.P.No.30530 of 2012 and batch, a learned Single Judge of this Court directed the Corporation to extend the wages equal to the salary at the lowest grade of the employees of their cadre in their respective departments. In compliance of the same, the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued G.O.Ms.No.239, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (G1) Department, dated 28.10.2015, whereby implemented the extension of the minimum wage equivalent to salary of lowest grade employees.
4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, further adjudication of these writ petitions on merits would not be necessary.
5. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
