Petitioner has prayed for grant of following substantive relief:- “ The respondent may kindly be directed to decide the appeal dated 18.11.2024 (Annexure 5), pending before the Divisional Manager, Hamirpur, HRTC, within time bound manners.” 3. Learned counsel for the respondents ensures that the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 15.10.2024 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 passed by the Disciplinary Authority, will now be decided within six weeks from today. 4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that petitioner’s appeal against the order, passed by the Disciplinary Authority on 15.10.2024, shall be decided by respondent No.2-appellate authority within six weeks from today.
