Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 4354 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 366A of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. The petitioner has enticed away the daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. Statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., in which she has stated that she was having love affairs with the petitioner and she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish. 5. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Pathargama P.S.
