In view thereof, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to opposite party no. 3 - Senior Regional Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Limited, Regional Office-2 Lucknow, along with relevant documents in support of her claim within a period of two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. 6. In case such a representation is moved by the petitioner, opposite party no. 3 shall, unless there is any legal impediment and claim of the petitioner is allowed by the committee, make payment within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is placed before him. 7. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is allowed." Learned counsel for the applicant/Oriental Insurance Company submits that Insurance Company has rejected the claim by order dated 11.09.2024. In view thereof, now it is open for the opposite party to challenge the said order and no further order is required to be passed in the present review application.
