Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned to sanction the pending Medical Reimbursement Claims submitted by petitioner pertaining to time period 10.07.2023 till 12.07.2023. 3. For aforesaid grievance, petitioner is said to have submitted a representation dated 11.02.2025. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for decision on representation of petitioner. 5. Considering the innocuous prayer, without adverting to merits of the case, opposite party no.4 i.e. Executive Engineer, Nalkoop Khand, Prag Narain Road, Lucknow or any other competent authority is directed to consider and take a decision on medical claims submitted by petitioner expeditiously, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned. In case petitioner is found entitled for the said benefits, actual payment thereof, shall be ensured within a period of four weeks thereafter. 6.
