Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to rectify the date of initial appointment of petitioner in the seniority list of Assistant Development Officer and to mention the correct date of appointment as 27.05.2013 in place of 30.05.2013 and to correctly determine seniority of petitioner. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner, Rural Development, U.P. Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
