According to petitioner, one Mr. Chandra Shekhar Shimal, Chairman of Doon Valley Public School Society filed a complaint before Registrar, Firms Societies & Chits on 18.06.2025. Grievance raised by petitioner is that no decision has been taken on the said compliant by the Registrar. 4. Mr. Alok Shah, Deputy Registrar, Firms Societies & Chits is virtually present in Court today. He submits that Registrar has decided the complaint, vide order dated 26.11.2025, and remanded the matter back to Deputy Registrar to reconsider the order, passed by him on 20.03.2025, after hearing all the stakeholders. 5. Mr. Karmanya Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of statement made by Deputy Registrar, the relief, as claimed in the writ petition, do not survive. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
