The notice in respect of the 5th respondent is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed affecting the interest of the 5th respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a statutory appeal under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971, before the 3rd respondent vide R.O.R.Appeal No.B/279/2025 (Ex.P1). The 3rd respondent has not disposed of the appeal. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the 3rd respondent will consider and pass appropriate orders in the appeal. 5. Given the facts and circumstances, without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the 3 consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal vide R.O.R.Appeal No.B/279/2025 (Ex.P1), filed by the petitioner, strictly as per the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971, and the Rules made thereunder as expeditiously as possible.
