The petitioner alleged encroachment of 'khalihan' land by the opposite party no. 6, whereas, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State has written instructions from the Tehsildar, Tehsil- Lalganj, District- Raebareli to the effect that there is no encroachment on 'khalihan' land by the opposite party no. 6. In view of the above, we see no reason to proceed any further in the matter, however, if there is a cause the petitioner can initiate proceedings for removal of encroachment as per law i.e. if she has locus standi.
